1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3kkk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://3kkk.im. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service offered on the 3kkk platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the 3kkk platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on the 3kkk platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offerings.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 3kkk website at https://3kkk.im and any associated mobile applications or progressive web app interfaces.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the 3kkk platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding bonus credits unless expressly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a player's account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a player must wager before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the 3kkk platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which 3kkk confirms a player's identity, age, and residential address.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The 3kkk platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account and use any service on the platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 3kkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of the 3kkk platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3kkk does not accept registrations from players located in Restricted Territories. Providing false information about your location constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3kkk platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or through shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances held subject to review and possible forfeiture.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date throughout the period during which you hold an account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 3kkk is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 3kkk may require players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time at 3kkk's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3kkk account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3kkk will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

4.2 Suspicious Account Activity. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 3kkk immediately by contacting [email protected]. 3kkk will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving such a report. 3kkk cannot be held liable for losses incurred before such notification is received.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 3kkk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending withdrawals and active wagers will be settled in accordance with standard platform rules before closure is completed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure by 3kkk. 3kkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an account is closed by 3kkk due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 3kkk currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 3kkk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of any material changes to payment method availability via the platform's announcements section.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is completed.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the 3kkk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3kkk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion of funds into BDT by a third-party payment provider prior to deposit is the player's responsibility and subject to that provider's exchange rate and fee policies, over which 3kkk has no control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during national public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. 3kkk does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. 3kkk complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds from any player at any time.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 3kkk reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of dormant accounts, to a maximum of the available balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered on the 3kkk platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published on each individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. Wagering contributions from different game categories vary: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10%; sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. 3kkk reserves the right to modify wagering contribution rates and will communicate any material changes in advance.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 3kkk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, collusion with other players to cycle bonus funds, and claiming promotions intended for new players on an existing account. Where bonus abuse is identified, 3kkk reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the account involved.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically. 3kkk is not obligated to remind players of approaching bonus expiry deadlines.

7. Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the 3kkk platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. 3kkk does not modify game outcomes. The house edge built into each game by the original provider is the only mathematical advantage in play.

7.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the 3kkk sportsbook. Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. 3kkk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that event.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within each game or betting market. Maximum payout limits are applied per bet, per event, and per day as specified in the platform's betting rules. 3kkk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to the player's account balance. 3kkk makes no representation that game or platform software will operate without interruption. Players accept the risk of technical failures when using the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3kkk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are void.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or share bonus allocations.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including the avoidance of account restrictions or the claiming of multiple bonuses.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information to 3kkk or to any third-party KYC provider.
• Using a payment method belonging to a third party without that person's explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or adversely affects other players' experience.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. 3kkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes. Deposit limits and self-exclusion take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling period before taking effect.

9.3 Platform-Initiated Restrictions. 3kkk reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account, including enforced deposit limits or self-exclusion, where 3kkk identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling. Such restrictions may be applied without the player's prior consent in the interests of player welfare.

9.4 Minor Protection. The 3kkk platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21. Players must not allow minors to access their accounts. If 3kkk has reason to believe that a minor has accessed a player's account, that account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kkk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of 3kkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without prior written authorisation from 3kkk is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The 3kkk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3kkk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3kkk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, unauthorised account access, or errors in odds or game results that are subsequently corrected.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 3kkk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

3kkk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data will never be sold to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services, process payments, and comply with KYC and AML obligations.

13. Amendments to Terms

3kkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file and via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication. 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
